Holiday home facing south with a lake view on a large forest plot in a quiet scenic area. Only 15 minutes from Åkersberga C with shops and amenities and 40 minutes from Stockholm. Internet is available.

Live in the country in your own summer house only 40 minutes drive to Stockholm. The house is located on a forest plot of 6000 sqm next to Kvarnsjön with its own jetty and rowing boat. However, shallow and with vegetation, not so bath-friendly but lovely to hang on the bridge. Good bathing jetty is approx. 300m away. Broadband via fiber (100/100) makes it easy to work from home. Here it is quiet and peaceful and you can enjoy a rich bird and nature life. The house is 54 sqm divided into two bedrooms (4 beds in total), kitchen, living room with fireplace, bathroom and laundry room. Barbecue, for cozy evenings.

Nice large sunny terrace in the south with outdoor furniture. Proximity to nice baths. Both rock baths and nice beaches with jetty. 1km to the Baltic Sea. Bus stop about 300 m from the house. About 40 minutes by car to Stockholm. 15 min to Åkersberga center, where there is a large selection of shopping and grocery stores.

For rent weekly to a maximum of 4 people. Smoke and animal free! Bring sheets and towels. Not for party. Security deposit of SEK 2,000 is charged in connection with booking which is returned on departure provided that everything is neat and tidy.

The house / plot is NOT suitable for families with children with small children as it is partly hilly with high edges.

Das Haus ist wundervoll gelegen, man ist quasi "allein" und genießt einen wundervollen Blick von der sehr großzügigen Terrasse auf den See. Ab und an kommen morgens tatsächlich die Rehe vorbei, ringsum grandiose Natur. Ein Ort an dem man Ruhe, Entspannung und Entschleunigung findet. Laufen ist direkt vom Haus aus möglich, Schwimmen in einem See um die Ecke. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr gemütlich mit herrlichem Blick auf den See durch das Panoramafenster, die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Karolin ist eine sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, die sich umgehend um alle Fragen kümmert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es, da wir die Dusche recht renovierungsbedürftig fanden und die Toilette (MullToa) vielleicht nicht ganz für vier Leute ausgelegt ist (?).
