Boende yta cirka 120 kvadrat med totalt 10 st sängplatser 2 st enkel sängar och bäddsoffa på nedre våningen, på övervåningen finns 4 st enkelsängar + 1 st dubbelsäng i eget "master bedroom".
Huset står på samma tomt som uthyraren, men har ändå bra avskildhet och naturnära läge vid Sävarån.
Köket finns det bara kallvatten i kranen, men vattenkokare finns vid behov. Men på toaletten finns både varmt och kallt vatten i kranarna.
