Rural exclusive lakeside villa

Rural and exclusive villa of about 180m² with all the comfort one might need. Regardless of whether you stay for a night or for a couple of weeks.

There is plenty of space indoors and a large furnished terrace where you can enjoy the sun or shade. If you want to take a dip, the lake is just a few steps from the terrace. The house is rented out all year round and during the winter you can use the lake for ice skating, kick-dancing or ice fishing. In the summer there is access to a rowboat and canoes. It is possible to fish well on our side of the lake; some fishing equipment and life jackets are available. Row around Lake Denseln and stop at a rock outcrop or make a stop at our own private swimming area with a floating jetty. There is a bench and table on the stone outcrop.
Grill your evening meal at the landscaped barbecue area and enjoy the sunset. Hike in the forest or go for a run on the adjacent exercise tracks, there are many paths around the farm.


There is an opportunity for those traveling with a nanny/staff to rent a service residence for the staff. This house is located next to the large villa on the farm. Photos and more information are shared if interested, contact the host couple.


The farm is located outside Skärblacka, geographically between Norrköping and Linköping next to Lake Denseln, with our forest all around that surrounds the farm. Here you can stay in the large main house in the heart of the farm. With self-catering or the option to buy the meals you want, we collaborate with Skärblacka Café & Hembageri who delivers what you want. At Önagård you are close to civilization but with the security that you can stay discreetly on the farm and for us the duty of confidentiality about who or who visits us is an important guiding principle.


The farm also runs a practice that offers massage, coaching and nutritional advice, among other things. The company operates most of the recreation, health and wellness, we work with the whole for the best results. We collaborate with yoga teacher Pia Eklind and together we also run yoga classes and outdoor training on our own forest path. The villa is on two floors, has evacuation signs, fire extinguishers, fire ladders and the house is approved for rental for your and our safety!

Ground floor:
The kitchen is large and spacious with room for both big and small. Enjoy the fantastic view with floor-to-ceiling windows from the solid dining group. Or sit at the kitchen island and relax for a while and enjoy the opportunity to make a fire in the old wood stove. Two highchairs are available as well as a changing table mat, gates at the stairs.


The kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a convection oven, extra-large glass hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, etc. Adjacent to the dining room is the living room with a wood-burning stove, sofa armchairs and TV with Chromecast, relax for a while after the day's excursions with a movie and enjoy the glow of the fire. Wi-Fi is available and included in the rental. On the lower floor there is also a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and iron. There is also a shower and large spacious wardrobes. In the bathroom you can relax in the small rustic bathtub with lion's paws. A bedroom with a wonderful view of the lake and the balcony, here there is an armchair & a pull-out sofa that can be used as a single bed and a double bed. On the lower floor there are two exits to the balcony that goes at an angle around the house. Sit out here and enjoy the silence while you eat your breakfast or cook your dinner at the brick barbecue. Relax for a while in the hammock and look out over the lake and the forest.

Upper level:
Upstairs there is a hall with a desk, a small bathroom with a toilet and sink and 3 bedrooms.

Bedroom 1
Large bedroom with high ceilings and two large floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the garden and the lake. Double bed 180x200 and 1 single bed 80x200, armchair, large wardrobes and chest of drawers. Here there is also the possibility of AC.
Bedroom 2
In the cozy sleeping alcove there is a bed measuring 120x200 and in the room there is a bed measuring 80x200. If you look into the small "wardrobe/cat attic" there is a separate crawl space for the little guest as a play corner or sleeping area or why not both parts, a bed measuring 80x200 as an extra bed is in this crawl space. The room also has a sideboard with storage space.

Bedroom 3
In the cozy sleeping alcove there is 1 bed measuring 120x200 and in the room there is a bed measuring 80x200. There are also large wardrobes, a chest of drawers with storage space and a chair. Bedroom 4 (Lower floor) Double bed 180x200 and 1 single bed 80x200 in the sofa as well as an armchair and chest of drawers, window facing the balcony.

Other information:
The farm and villa are a place for peace and relaxation. If you are a group that wants to party, you should look further. Guests have access to the entire house except for some storage rooms and an outbuilding where private things are stored. As a guest, you have access to the entire terrace, patio and barbecue as well as the large garden around the villa with many fruit trees. The landlord takes care of the grounds at regular intervals and makes time together with the tenant when it suits you during your stay. In the forest adjacent to the villa and the private swimming area for tenants and the host couple, there is a training course built that you are welcome to try and perhaps compete in during your stay with us. The host couple lives next to the villa and will meet you upon your arrival to hand over the key and show you around.

The host couple also have animals on the farm, if interested, a trip to the pasture can be arranged to greet and pet the animals. Final cleaning is not included in the rent (additional cost) and cannot be opted out. As a guest, you have free access to canoes and a rowboat. At the private swimming area that can be used during your stay, there is furniture and a barbecue area, a floating dock to swim out to.


Charging station available, extra fee for charging electric/hybrid vehicles. Sheets and towels can be rented for SEK 150/person, please let us know when booking. Cleaning is available for a fee of SEK 1,980. Final cleaning is carried out by a company that also inspects the villa. Any damage to furnishings, etc. is reported to us directly and charged to the tenant.

House rules:
When booking, you also agree to the house rules.
If the house rules are not followed, an additional cost will be charged.
No smoking indoors. No parties or large events that have not been agreed in advance with the owner.
We take off our outdoor shoes when we go indoors.
Garbage is sorted and thrown into barrels before departure.
The house is left in the same condition as you found it when you arrived.
