Wonderful newly renovated holiday home

A wonderful newly renovated holiday home in Nabbo, close to Gräddö on Rådmansö, only 1 hour from Stockholm.
Newly renovated fully tiled bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher.

The house is about 5 minutes' walk from the area's child friendly swimming area with a shallow beach perfect for the little ones and also a large floating jetty.
The house is renovated. There are 7 beds, a double bed and a bunk bed in the house as well as a small extra house with 3 beds (a bunk bed and a single bed).

Large terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Possibilities for indoor and outdoor activities (football goal, trampoline, , etc.).
Bicycles are available to borrow.
Wireless internet is available. Bring your own Cromecast or AppleTV if you want. Otherwise, there are a handful of channels via the tv antenna.

Bed linen are not available, the tenants have to bring own.
Final cleaning is carried out by the tenant
Check-in Sunday at 3 pm on the day of arrival. Check-out Sunday at 12 noon on the day of departure. Earlier arrival as well as later departure can of course be possible.

Gräddö, the nearest village has a supermarket "Ica" and gas station. Gräddö is about 2 km from the house. In Gräddö there is alsoa amall pizza restaurant and Kvarnudden's café and restaurant where they have barbecue evenings every evening during the summer, .

At the Björkö Örn campsite there is a nice beach and a restaurant, Gräddös Pärla,

Rådmansö bakery is about 5 minutes by car where you can buy freshly baked bread and buns, .

Samstorp's farm is about 1.5 km from the cottage, there is a farm shop, restaurant cafe and not least a safari with the possibility of feeding bison,
