This house from 1928 is peacefully nestled in the woods. Here are beautiful beech forests and deep spruce forests and everything in between. There is a private bathing place about 1 km by Lake Luhrsjön and you can also borrow a rowing boat and take part in fishing rights that are included. The house is fresh with preserved charm. The kitchen is fully equipped state-of-the-art with dishwasher from 2016. New toilet / shower from 2016. 3 bedrooms, one of which has a furnished room in the attic. 1 bedroom is in a furnished room in a side building. Dining room with charming medallion wallpaper and white painted spontaneous ceiling. Quiet, peaceful and peaceful and 5 km to the nearest town - Hästveda. A very nice house, nicely furnished with lots of space, in a quiet location. What I recommend is rowing across the lake in a rowing boat at sunrise or sunset. Walks through the forests full of moss. E-car drivers can charge their car because there is a Type 2 wallbox with 6kW power. Unfortunately we didn't encounter any moose, but there is a moose safari park not far away. We really enjoyed our time there.

Det som förstörde vår vistelse var att det var otroligt snålt med bland annat, toa papper (fanns endast 2 rullar, som skulle räcka i 7 dagar för en hel familj, en halv flaska uspätt handtvål i toan. 1 rulle hushållspapper som det var mindre än hälften kvar på. Endast 1 tablett diskmedel för en hel veckas disk. Inga soppåsar. Enkelsängarna var jättegamla, helt gulbruna i färgen. Sängkläderna var fräscha men det hjälpte inte att få bort äckelkänslan. Endast stora sängen hade fräsch madrass. Man ska inte gå barfota på altanen om man inte vill få stickor i fötterna (även på vissa ställen inom hus med). Det bästa med detta ställe var lugnet och den sköna naturen plus att man kunde låna roddbåten.

Jättefin och mysig stor stuga ute i skogen med vackert läge och egen damm på tomten. Tyst och lugnt. Fin stor altan med sköna möbler både för middagar och lounge-häng. Fin egen liten badstrand ca 1-1,5 km från huset. Lite ojämn standard i huset med nyrenoverat jättefint kök o badrum, men lite äldre och slitet i övriga rum förutom ett underbart sovrum som också är i fint skick. Vi hade en härlig vistelse i Lur med många utflykter och promenader i omgivningarna.

Tyst och skönt. Bra uppkoppling, kunde jobba på distans. Sköna sängar. Bra uteplats o rofyllt vid dammen. Dock kunde köksutrustning o porslin bli lite mer men var väl fungerande. Saknade champagneglas....! Kan varmt rekommendera huset.
