Huset ligger invid Leksands golfbana cirka sex kilometer från Leksand med tillgång till Leksands Sommarland, Hildasholm, bibliotek samt alla affärer och restauranger du kan behöva. Dessutom ligger hela Siljansbygden inom en timmes bilfärd - Tällberg, Rättvik och Mora.
