Cottage 3 minute walk from the Baltic sea

The house has undergone a recent refurbishment and benefits from a brand new kitchen and bathroom, as well as the majority of flooring. There is a well equipped kitchen with oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, a dining table that seats 10 and a sofa / TV area with a large comfortable sofa and an open fire. There are 4 bedrooms (large double, small double (120cm bed), small double (120cm bed) and a single bed), a bathroom with a shower, washing machine. There is a newly renovated guest hut with a large double bed (no WC) providing the 5th bedroom. There is a large wooden deck with outdoor furniture and a charcoal BBQ.

It is possible to hire a small boat with a 4hp engine or a mooring if you have your own boat.

Gräskö is a beautiful island in the archipelago outside Norrtälje. There are no cars on the island but it is easily accessible by Waxholmsbolaget boats/ferries from Stockholm City (summer timetable), Furusund and Östernäs (parking is available in Östernäs. It is also easy to visit the neighboring islands Norröra, Söderöra and Rödlöga. The island is very child friendly with a small communal beach. It is also possible to swim from the nearby jetty. There are tracks around the island, perfect for walking or jogging. There are a couple of bikes that you are welcome to use. There is a pop up café on the island and the children on the island take turns to run a café most weeks in the summer.
