Summer apartment in a villa, within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and nature reserve.
Private garden with a cozy pergola. Air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.

Bedroom:
Double bed (160 cm) and wardrobe.

Kitchen:
Refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.

Bathroom:
Shower and washing machine.

Living room:
Dining area, sofa bed, coffee table, TV and an extra bed.

Blackout curtains.

Garden:
The entire front garden of the house (where the apartment entrance is located) is exclusively for our guests.
There is a lawn with outdoor furniture and a beautiful, mature stone-paved pergola with seating.
A barbecue grill is available.

Hökafältet Nature Reserve: 400 m away, with walking and jogging trails, outdoor gym and MTB tracks.

A large shopping center (Maxi) is located 2 km away near the E6 exit. From there it takes about 15–20 minutes to reach both Halmstad and Båstad.
For groceries within walking distance, there is a small shop at Mellbystrand Camping near the beach.

Check-in: Sundays after 3:00 pm 🕒
Check-out: Sundays no later than 12:00 noon 🕚

Guests bring their own bed linen and towels.
Basic household items such as dishcloths, toilet paper, coffee filters and laundry detergent are provided and included.

Guests clean the apartment thoroughly before departure so it is fresh and ready for the next guests.

The apartment is non-smoking.
