Newly built apartment in Duved center Åre. The apartment has four bedrooms, kitchen, living room and two toilets. Three of the bedrooms have bunk beds, one of which is extra wide, which provides the possibility of a ninth sleeping place. The fifth room has a double bed. The toilet is equipped with underfloor heating, shower, washing machine and dryer. The train station in Duved is 250 mts walking distance away, ski lift approx. 100 mts, cross-country skiing, 100 mts, restaurant 100 mts, ski bus Åre 100 mts.

Åre sports centre with paddle, tennis, gym is 150 mts away

For winter stays:
Cross-country trails and slopes are just a stone's throw from the door, a ten-minute drive into Åre village. There are also ski buses between Duved and Åre.

For summer stays:
Hiking trails, waterfalls and mountain biking are some of the activities during the summer months.

The area is suitable for both families with children and friends. There are also restaurants, ICA Nära and ski shops nearby.
