Fresh cottage of 70 sqm, 200 meters from the beach with jetty and diving tower. The cottage has a kitchen, living room with dining area, bathroom with shower and washing machine and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed of 160cm and in the other bedroom there is a bunk bed and a pull-out single bed that can become a double bed. The guest house with three beds, a bunk bed and a bed of 120 cm. Large patio with barbecue and outdoor furniture and a 13 sqm large covered terrace, with infrared heating. It is 300 meters to the square where there is a small grocery store and a restaurant. The ferry to Utö departs from Årsta Havsbad jetty, about 500 meters from the cottage. Several golf courses nearby, of which Fors Golf is the nearest. Two tennis courts 300 meters from the cottage, a gravel and a plexipave.

Tennis – En grusbana och en plexipave cirka 300 meter från stugan. Banorna bokas i Livsmedelsbutiken.
