For Rent – Summer/Autumn 2025

☀️ We’re opening up our cabin for rental this summer/autumn – and of course, dogs are welcome :)

In previous summers the cabin has been fully booked, so if you have questions or want to know more before booking, feel free to reach out.

💰 Prices – Summer & Autumn

2–3 people
• 6000 SEK per full week
• 4000 SEK Wednesday–Sunday

4–5 (6) people
• 7500 SEK per full week
• 4500 SEK Wednesday–Sunday

Rental periods (preferably):
• Sunday–Sunday
• Wednesday (or Thursday)–Sunday
• Occasional single nights may be possible

We’ll keep updating which weeks are available. Last year’s guests have now rebooked their weeks, so the remaining ones are shown.

🌄 Looking for a getaway with the mountains as your closest neighbor?

Do you enjoy total silence except for birdsong?
Would you like to drink your morning coffee on the porch with a peaceful lake view – yet only be 8–10 minutes from shops and restaurants?
If you answered yes, this might just be the perfect cabin for your next mountain holiday.

📍 The cabin is located in Borgafjäll, southern Lapland, on the border between Västerbotten and Jämtland.

🏞️ Great hiking trails – from easy treks suitable for children to more scenic summit hikes.
🎣 Amazing fishing for Arctic char and trout (yes, we’re happy to share the best spots – for free!)

🐟 The area is full of lakes and flowing water – trout and Arctic char are the most common fish.

🌲🏞️ The cabin is at the base of the mountain with excellent trails leading you through forest and waterfalls up to a beautiful nature reserve. Please respect the wildlife – it’s not uncommon to see reindeer, moose, and mountain birds. Cloudberries and other berries grow abundantly above the cabin.

🍄 The forest behind is also a fantastic place for mushroom picking – we often fill our pantry in a weekend with chanterelles and funnel chanterelles. You may even find cranberries up on the berry marshes.

🔄 Update – Sleeping Arrangements

We’ve received questions about the number of beds, so here’s the layout:

Bedroom 1: Double bed 180 cm
Bedroom 2: Single bed
Bedroom 3: Double bed 140 cm

There’s also an option to sleep on the sofa in the living room with a mattress topper (suitable for 1 person). However, we’ve listed the cabin as suitable for 5 people, since this isn’t a proper bed.
