This central apartment is above the Åre square and right below Kabinbanan.

Newly renovated and modernly furnished with prominent balcony place in south-facing.
You live close to the lift, restaurants, shopping, and the square that starts the hiking trails.
There's just a stair between you, the slope and the pulse, and you have the first row.

The accommodation takes place at the family-friendly restaurant Brödernas, and there are many more restaurants and bars close to the apartment, like Broken, Werséns, etc.

The living room is nice and has generous windows to the furnished balcony in sun-drenched south facing.
Modern kitchen with a nice bar counter and a dining table for pleasant dinners.

There's two smaller bedrooms:
1. Double bed
2. 2 bunk beds
The couch can also be a double bed. But we recommend the size of the apartment, just to be a maximum of 6 persons.

There's also a separate toilet/ shower+ sauna.

Just outside the entrance, there's ski storage.

Pets allowed for an additional fee.
