The house was built in 2020 and therefore offers all the modern comforts you could wish for.
One bedroom with a sea view and a private little terrace, perfect for enjoying the sunset with a glass of wine.
Two smaller bedrooms with bunk beds. A fully tiled bathroom and a lovely sauna. A modern, fully equipped kitchen with an island and large prep areas.
Two large wooden decks with sun exposure from sunrise to sunset. A smaller deck connected to the guest house, offering a bit more privacy.
And of course, the terrace pool is a bonus, where both children and adults can have fun.
There is also a guest house with additional beds. In total, both houses accommodate 8–10 people. The guest house is an extra cost—please contact us for pricing.
Just 200 meters from the house you’ll find a small beach where you can enjoy the sun until it sets.
We also rent out our two stand-up paddle boards—contact us if you’re interested.
In addition, we provide three bicycles for our guests to get around Nordingrå in a climate-friendly way.
Bed linen and towels are included.
A grocery store, hardware store, flower shop, church, and a pizzeria are located in Nordingråvallen, 7 km from the house. Several nice restaurants are within reach, such as 1923 Deli and Gårdsbutiken in Själand (the latter open during the summer months).
Note! Minimum rental is two nights. For shorter stays, the nightly rate will be higher.
