Here you live in an idyllic setting in the middle of nature. The cottage with roots in the 19th century offers a simple but functional and cozy living environment. The plot is just over 4500 square meters and consists of a garden and a natural plot with meadow and forest. Here, among other things, lily of the valley grows, golden vibes and yellow sips in the spring, followed by lilacs, honeysuckle, climbing roses, clematis and large fragrant syringa. Blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, apple and elderberries grow on the site.

Fully equipped kitchen (cooker, microwave, fridge and freezer, toaster, blender, kettle etc). Only cold water from own well (heated in kettle or on stove). Outhouse in adjacent building.

Cycling and walking distance to Immeln where there is a bathing place and playground, kiosk, and canoe rental. There are many walking and cycling trails in the area.

Nearest grocery store: 8 km by bicycle, 11 km by car.

30 minutes by car from Kristianstad. Bus stops in Immeln, Arkelstorp and Knislinge.

For any accompanying children there are swings and a trampoline (with safety net) on the plot, various toys for indoor and outdoor play as well as two small toddler chairs (Ikea Antelope).
