The house has a private plot with lawn and terrace with a 15 meter walk down to its own jetty and new boat with electric outboard. The house which is on about 50 m2 living space on two floors contains living room with kitchen, dining area, bedroom, spacious fully tiled bathroom with underfloor heating and combined washer / dryer, large living room / bedroom upstairs which is accessed via beautiful Italian spiral staircase. There is an iron, ironing board and drying rack. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, convection oven, microwave, cooker hood, coffee and kettle and kitchen equipment. Smart Android LED TV. The bedroom has a double bed of 160x200 and wardrobe with mirrored sliding doors. From the living room / bedroom upstairs you have a lovely view of the bay through a large round window (dia 2 m). Upstairs there are four 90x200 cm box spring beds, the living room has a sofa bed 140x200 cm. There are duvets, pillows and blankets. Sheets and towels are rented or brought.

The private plot has a lawn, large beautiful Brazilian hammock and wooden terrace with garden furniture group and barbecue.

The plot, the pier and the boat are only available to those who rent the house.

Boat for 4 persons in aluminium with electric outboard (86 Lbs) and oars included.
The outboard runs for 1-2 hours with a fully charged battery (valid for a maximum of 3/4 throttle.
Good fishing for pike, perch, tench, bream and ide in the sea. Free fishing - fishing license not required.
Fishing for pike and perch is forbidden during march-may. Fishing for tench, bream and id with worms, maggots or bread is okay during this period.
In the nearby Snärjebäcken you can fish for rainbow salmon. (Fishing license required).
Simple fishing equipment and life jackets in different sizes are available in the cottage.

Several nice bathing spots within 0.5 -2 km, supermarket, pizzeria and café within 4-6 km.
The small protected archipelago is perfect for kayaking. Kayaks can be booked or rented on site subject to availability. The Kalmarsund Trail passes near the house.

Smoking not allowed indoors.
Dogs are welcome for an extra fee of SEK 500
No music outdoors.
