The holiday home is spacious with a great lake view, just a short walk through
the garden to the private beach and lake. In the garden is a wood-fired sauna
with a lake view, surely invites to relaxation, Adjacent is the entrance to an elegant orangery filled with light,
which offers a serene space for relaxing or enjoying your meals. The garden also have a
boules court and a large lawn suitable for other outdoor games.
At the lakeside is a quaint furnished boathouse and a outdoor campfire, which provide opportunity
for entertainment and unforgettable experiences. Enjoy a swim, fishing, boat trip or canoeing.

Lower level
The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, microwave, oven,
wood-fired oven/baking oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and coffee maker.
The spacious room is furnished with a kitchen island, dining table and chairs,
door out to a furnished terrace with lake views!
The living room has a large sofa (2 beds) and a Smart TV,
the adjacent room is a playroom for children, where they can play
floorball/hockey and table tennis. One study/bedroom with a double bed.
Bathroom with a bathtub, shower and WC. Next to the bathroom is a
laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Upper floor
Here there are three bedrooms and a spacious hall with a “cozy corner”
with a Chromecast TV. Bathroom with a WC.
Two bedrooms with 1 double bed and wardrobes each.
The second bedroom has a 1 double bed and 1 single bed.

Located in the small village of Hensmåla,
only 5 km from Tingsryd, which has many shops,
restaurants and cafes.
Experience forest walks, there are nature reserves nearby.
Cycle path Hensjörundan and Banvallsleden.
Swimming (badplats) in Blötan by Stora Hensjön, with jetties, barbecue area.
Within a short distance you is the Baltic Sea (Östersjön) and pleasant coastal towns
such as Ronneby, Karlshamn and Karlskrona.
