Lovely beach plot with an adorable view of a very beautiful bay and its own swimming area! Watch the sun set over the bay, a wonderful spectacle and cliffs right outside the door. During the summer months, there is a jetty with a bathing ladder into the water and a rowing boat that provides the opportunity for swimming and fishing in the bay.
The house is located on Stenskär, a summer cottage area close to Öregrund and Östhammar in northern Roslagen. Here there is a boule alley, beach volleyball court, green areas and fishing opportunities. Celebrations are arranged around Midsummer and smaller events continuously during the summer such as morning gymnastics and pub evenings.

The house is furnished for winter and has a fresh standard with a large kitchen including a dining area, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed, and a sleeping alcove with a double bed. WC, shower, dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge, freezer.

Other things to note
The guest is expected to clean the house according to the list found in the house and to leave the house in the condition it was on arrival. The guest must contact the host for an inspection before departure.
Bed linen and towels are included.

Fantastiskt fint läge! Bara några meter från huset finns klippor, brygga och badplats. Roddbåt går att låna. Boendet ligger i en vik där det är lugnt och skönt. Boendet är neutralt inrett och har det man behöver. Det bästa med huset är de stora fönstrena som vetter mot vattnet och från vilka utsikten är fantastisk! Kranvattnet är drickbart men kanske inte det godaste så är man petig kan det vara bra att ta med lite mineralvatten. Det kan också vara bra att känna till att internet på mobilen är långsamt. Vi hade en trevlig vistelse och besöker gärna huset igen.
