Fantastic place in Roslagen with its own jetty and wood-fired sauna.

Three houses - we only rent all three houses to the same group, max 6 people (including children)

Between the houses there is an outdoor kitchen with grills, grill and wood-fired pizza oven.

House 1: 2 bedrooms, open-plan living room/veranda/living room/kitchen, bathroom with shower, toilet & washing machine, hall and balcony. Toilet is a Jets flush toilet - a very economical vacuum toilet. Bedroom 1 with double bed 160 cm, bedroom 2 with bunk bed. The house is approx. 70 sqm. (winter-covered)

House 2: 1 bedroom with 140 cm bed, open-plan living room/kitchen with sofa bed, bathroom with toilet and shower, balcony. Toilet is an Ecoflush - a very economical toilet. The house is 25 sqm. (winter use)

House 3: 1 bedroom with two single beds and a desk (summer use)

There is a travel cot/crib for small children to set up at the desired location.

Private dock about 100 m from the houses with a sauna raft (wood-burning).

Parking for one car is available on the property - more cars can be parked in the parking lot nearby. Please contact us if you have any further questions!

Prices per week as below - if you want to rent for longer than a week, send a message for a price!

High season: June, July, August and Christmas/New Year and Easter; 22,000 SEK/week
Low season: January (except Christmas/New Year), February, March, April (except Easter), May, September, October, November, December (except Christmas/New Year), 16,000 SEK/week

Minimum rental is 3 nights. During high season summer the minimum is 1 week, changeover day Saturday during the summer.

Cleaning is added at 1850 SEK/stay
The tenant does the rough cleaning themselves (dishes, puts away, throws away garbage)

We had a wonderful week in Fogdö! The summer house provided everything we needed for a relaxing week in Sweden, including different outside grills, a modern kitchen and comfy beds. Other highlights were the floating sauna and the nearby salmon farm from where we got some delicious fresh fish for our evening dinners. The owners were very helpful and friendly, response to questions was quick, so all in all definitely a place we can recommend!
