The cottage is smoke and pet free. The guest needs to have their own home insurance.
The cottage has inner blankets and pillows for four people. As a guest, you need to bring your own duvet covers, pillowcases, towels, toilet paper, dish soap etc.
The tenant cleans the cottage accordning to instructions before departure.
