This spacious holiday home consists of two parts with a common hall. One part has two bedrooms, kitchen, living room and toilet. The other has a bedroom, living room and sleeping loft. There is a common laundry room and bathroom with toilet and shower.
A holiday home with a lot of charm where there is both fireplace and wood stove, while it is fully equipped with all the modern comfort available, such as, for example, washing and washing machine etc.
A large, lovely terrace facing south with an awning invites you to enjoy delicious meals from morning to evening. Or just sit for a while and relax and enjoy the ocean noise and the song of the birds.
A short walk to the stunningly beautiful sandy beach where you don't have to worry about not getting a good spot.
In the vicinity of the house are two campsites with 4 and 5 stars where there are both playground, restaurant, water park and mini-life in season.
During low season there is the possibility of natural relaxation, to stroll along the beach or through the unique Serious landscape. There is also a very rich bird life with a protected area, which gives good opportunities to see exactly where the bird you have been looking for. Or why not take a round at Ölands GK which is 15 minutes away by car.

Jätte trevligt hus med super läge, perfekt hus för 2 familjer! Fantastisk strand med mysig 5 min promenad till. Återkommer varje år till samma hus!

Vi fick börja med att städa huset i över 3 timmar. Skitiga golv, sofforna o kuddarna stank svett, så de var vi tvugna att rengöra/skura för att vi skulle kunna använda dem. Lika så dynorna till trädgårdsmöblerna som stank svett, de fick vi tvätta tvättmaskinen. Mattor o kuddar fick vi lägga i tvättstugan för de luktade svett. Till en början var diskmaskinen trasig, men det fixade värden, så den blev lagad på tisdagen. Men fram till dess fick diska allt vi använde..allt var det matrester på. Diskmaskinen gick sönder veckan innan och de gästerna kunde varken diska eller städa. Det borde vara någon typ av koll innan man överlämnar till nästa gäst.
Sen hade vi silverfiskar i båda badrummen, samt i sängarna varje natt.
Det som var bra var läget till havet, och terassen var OK, vi hade ju bra väder.
Vi har hyrt många hus genom åren, men 20 tkr för detta hus var för mycket. Hade det varit rent och fräsht hade det varit OK, men inte som det var nu. En återbetalning skulle vara på sin plats.

Perfekt för oss som var där med son, sonhustru och 2 barn. Gott om utrymme och fin gårdsplan för lek.
