Unique accommodation with a staircase directly down to the water's edge. Here, you stay in a furnished boathouse with doors facing Kalmar Sound and Öland. A fine sandy beach awaits as soon as you step down from the stairs. Outside the front door, there is also a 'deck' with two glass sides and the same fantastic view. The cottage has a larger room serving as both a bedroom and a living room. There is also a well-equipped kitchenette. The house is located at the outermost point of Revsudden. From here, it's the shortest distance to Öland from the mainland.
Enjoy proximity to historic Kalmar, 25 km away by road, with its well-preserved Renaissance castle and 17th-century city center. Take the bridge to Öland and explore the unique World Heritage site in the southern part or the vast sandy beaches to the north. The boathouse is conveniently located for day trips to Astrid Lindgren's World, the Glass Kingdom, and Öland's animal and amusement park.
Guests have access to a rowboat and kayak, included in the rent. The nearest grocery store is in Rockneby."

Vi hade en perfekt vecka i denna vackra stuga. Läget och utsikten över Kalmarsund är fantastisk. Stugan och framför allt det lilla köket är fullt möblerat och utrustrade. Tack till våra värdar, vi kände oss mycket välkomna. Nicole och Lars Oliver

We (two adults and 3,5-year old girl) loved our stay at Revsudden! New pictures tell more and better about the place than when we made the reservation. Hosts were lovely, cabin was lovely, environment was lovely - the whole holiday was awesome! Swimming, stand-up paddling and canoeing were great ways to spend the time. The whole neighbourhood was beautiful and idyllic. Härligt, skulla man säga! Allt var mycket härligt!
