Summer idyll in a house from 1771

Live in the countryside close to nature in our charming house from 1771, period-typically renovated with permanent living standards. The house is located in the middle between Norrtälje and Kapellskär, 12 km in both directions and basically consists of a hall and a large country kitchen with a fireplace and access to a large terrace of 60 m2 in a southweat-facing position. Chamber with stove, large living room with tiled stove. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed and a large bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and a child's bed (for 3-4 year old), as well as a bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine. Flat garden plot on the entrance side.
We live here permanently and have a connection via fiber network. Two permanent neighbors and a summer cottage nearby, otherwise surrounded by forests and meadows. Close to a child-friendly beach (20 min walk), as well as a swimming lake , and 10 minutes by car to sea bathing at Kapellskär and hiking in the Riddersholm nature reserve or hiking along the Roslagsleden. Boat connection to Stockholm's beautiful archipelago. From Norrtälje, buses run every 15 minutes to Stockholm, which takes an hour.
