The cottage is located along road 315 after the road towards Klövsjö and Vemdalsfjällen. Only about four kilometers from the 18-hole golf course with popular restaurant. The cottage is located a few kilometers west of the village Röjan where in the winter the snow train from the southern parts of Sweden stops at the railway station. From there, buses go to the various mountain facilities. During the winter season, daily ski buses pass to and from Klövsjö / Vemdalen cottage.
The cottage has two rooms and a kitchen plus a sleeping alcove. Heating is electric plus heat pump. Firing in wood stove and stove is not allowed when renting.
