Charming all-year-round house near Kyrkviken with a beautiful view over Arvika. Built during 2017/2018 with high villa standard. Access to the beach with a jetty, about 150 mts walking distance. Parking for 2 cars. 4 permanent berths together with 2 spare beds. Here you can enjoy the scenic Värmland with amongst other things hiking, canoeing, fishing, art and handicrafts. Near Glaskogen nature reserve, Rackstad museum and canoe rental. Closeness to the river Klarälven with possibilities for timber rafting.

Seasons and price range

High season during week 23 - 35 (June - August).

Booking for high season only full weeks.
Checking in on Saturday at 15:00 (or after agreement).
Checking out Saturday at 12:00.
Weekly rent SEK: 8,000

Booking during other times than high season after agreement.
Weekly rent SEK: 8,000
Per night SEK: 1,500

The lodger must bring their own bed linen and towels. Duvet, pillows and blankets are available in the house.

Cleaning och tidying of the house is the responsibility of the lodger, equipment is provided in the lodge.
