The property consists of a residential house 180 sqm and a guest house 60 sqm + small guest house , 20 sqm
The large house on two levels, the lower one of 120 square meters has large windows that provide a fantastic light, open floor plan with several family rooms, TV room, fireplace, large well-equipped kitchen with dining area for 10 people. Several exits to furnished balconies.
There is also a large bathroom with toilet and a shower.
Upstairs is 60 square meters, here you are welcomed by a light hall with a work corner.
There are three bedrooms here, 2 with double beds 160x200 and one room with 2 single beds 90x200.
Large bathroom with bathtub and wc and washing machine.

The guest house has 2 bedrooms with 140x200 beds. Separate fully equipped kitchen, pleasant living areas and shower and toilet.

Small guest house has a double bed 160x200 cm + a bunk bed . Water/sewer is not available in this house.

With sun throughout the day, you can choose to spend it bathing from the jetty, there are steps down into the water, relaxing in a sun lounger or with a good book in a lounge chair on one of the 4 balconies that are located in different directions.
Down by the bridge deck, you can enjoy a meal or a drink as the evening sun sets over the bay.
There is a wood-fired sauna and a shower.

Large meadow surrounds the property for play, games and other activities.
Available to borrow: 4 bicycles and a small dinghy with oars, fishing equipment and all kinds of games and toys.
Sailboat depth and 2 buoys available.

Skarpö is an island that is almost uninhabited despite being so large.
Only this and one other household are permanent residents.
In addition to this, there is the village with the archipelago home on the northern part of the island.

At Vindö there is a charming summer restaurant by Abborrkroken with seating in the boathouse or on the outdoor terrace along the pier. The Aborrekroken trade and bar also has a dairy.
At Djurö center (approx. 5 km) there is a grocery store, restaurant, pastry shop, etc. On Djurö there are also the White gates with a beach and a small mini golf course as well as a cafe and restaurant on a large terrace facing the sea with evening sun. Motorverkstan's Bistro and bar is located by the boatyard with serving on the bridge deck. A little further towards Djuröbron, there is Djurönäset's lakeside pub with musical entertainment several evenings a week during high summer, Djurönäset also has a bathhouse and SPA facility.

At Sollenkroka jetty (approx. 8 km) / Stavsnäs winter harbor (approx. 11 km) you can take a regular archipelago boat for excursions to other islands.
