A terrace and spacious wooden deck with an outdoor kitchen, gas barbecue and charcoal grill let you cook and enjoy meals outside. Another large sun deck with outdoor shower and hot tub adds an extra touch of luxury.

The cottage sits in a secluded location right by Lake Billingen, with its own private jetty. A rowing boat is also available. Just two kilometres away lies Klässbol on the shore of Lake Glafsfjorden, famous for the Klässbol Linen Weaving Mill – one of Värmland’s top tourist attractions. Several summer cafés are also found in the area.

The town of Arvika is 20 km away, offering shops, restaurants, an off-licence, gyms and more.

The cottage has 4 beds + 1–2 sleeping spaces in a sofa. Additional beds (2+2) are available in small guest cabins on the property; access varies with the season.
