Wonderful archipelago villa 200 m from the beach

Welcome to our wonderful home! Just a stone's throw away from the area’s private beach, you can enjoy the ultimate lakeside living experience. The house has been fully renovated with every modern convenience you could wish for. From the spacious terrace, you can take in the beautiful boat life on Skurusundet, basking in sunlight from morning to evening. The lush, mature garden, complete with fruit trees, rhubarb, strawberries, and a tree swing, is perfect for play or simply relaxing in a hammock.

The villa offers four bedrooms: two with double beds and two with single beds. Additionally, we have a small guesthouse on the property with a sofa bed that could also be used. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher, and a large induction stove for those who enjoy cooking.

Just a few minutes away is the popular restaurant The Old Smokehouse, right by the water's edge. The area is also home to scenic walking and running paths, along with Sweden’s best ice cream along the shore. A grocery store and other amenities are just 1.5 km away.

Located in a peaceful and beautiful area, with a true summer atmosphere and direct access to the archipelago, the house is surrounded by many lovely beaches and lakes. It’s only a 15-minute drive to central Stockholm.

We do not rent for periods shorter than a week, and we’ve only had very satisfied guests!
