The house has got an open design. Nice and bright livingroom with glass wall and high ceiling. Sofas and armchairs. TV. Stereo with in- and outdoor loudspeakers.

Modern and well-equipped kitchen with good working areas. Large dining area, for 8 people.
Sleeping cabin for up to 4 people. Built-in bunk bed, 2 double beds 200*160 cm. The beds are partly retractable, so you can turn them in to single beds if you wish.
Large sleeping loft with up to 4 beds. Narrow staircase/ladder to the loft! (see photo).
Bath room with WC and shower floor heating

Large patio partly surround and join the houses, offering sunny places all day. Several sets of outdoor furniture and deck chairs placed in different directions. Barbecue.

Guest house (Glazed conservatory) 15 m2 with sliding walls. Sofa bed for 2 and sitting area, blackout blinds, TV & DVD + Stereo. NOTE! Not completely winter isolation due to the large glass windows.

NOTE: For more than 6 guests, an additional 1,000 SEK per person/week will be charged.

Distance to Stockholm approx. 38 km.

Obligatory departure cleaning service: SEK 1.200.

Your own pets SEK 500 each / week after house owner's approval

NOTE: With Swedish SIM card and an adapter / dongle you can use mobil surf. SIM cards with an adapter / dongle can be bought in larger grocery stores and at most kiosks.
