Own dock, 3000m2 seawater, the house is 5 meters from the water. There is the possibility of a float-sauna and a boat. In Emmesviken you have a separate bay that opens into Rusken. Here you can fish, grill, paddle the canoe, pick berries and mushrooms. For rainy days there is a porch and open fireplace in the house.
We love this unique location and house, cleanliness & order is important and we hope our guests respect this.

Emmesviken is a great place to stay. The view is absolutely gorgeous! The new deck (2020) is phantastic. You can enjoy the sun from the morning until the evening. A big sun umbrella and a seating area make it really comfortable.
The house is nice and the kitchen is well equipped. On cool dass you can enjoy the view from the winter garden or use the fire place in the living room.
The floating sauna is another highlight. Thanks to Annie and her family for their great hospitality! Really appreciated!
