South Swedish coast, golf, beaches and sea-view

Modern self-catering cottage accomodating 4-5 people, extra bed can be provided. 15 kilometers east of Trelleborg, adjacent to the south point of Sweden, Smygehuk. There are nine golf-courses within 50 kilometers and the nearest beach is only 2 kilometers away. Big cities like Malmö and Copenhagen and idyllic places like Ystad can be reached by car in 40-50 minutes.
Fridge-freezer, washer and fully equipped kitchen. All beddings and towels are provided. TV and wifi is included.
Cleaning is not included in the fee, but can be added.
Accomodating four people, additional beds are available. The house is let weekly , from Saturday to Saturday, but other rental periods can be discussed with a minimum of three nights. Price according to agreement.
The house can be rented in winter, price between SEK 12000 and 15000 for a month depending on number of residents (except for Christmas).
