Best location in the area, close to everything, yet private high location with view over the harbour and sea. Large garden and woods round the house.
The main building has two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and living room. Bedroom no 1 has one double bed for two people, 160 cm. Bedroom no 2 has two beds, single beds. A brand new bathroom has been built in january 2020, with toilet, shower and washing machine. Comfortable kitchen with stove, oven, fridge. Dining area for 4-5 people. Drinking water, warm water all year round. Spacious living room with large windows and nice view. Fireplace. Large wooden deck all around the house with view of the harbour and sea. Sun from morning until evening. Part of the deck is under roof.
Guest house, 10 m2, with 2 beds (1 bunkbed). The area of the house and fascilities, is most suitable for 5 persons.
In the area there is access to two tenniscourts (to be booked for small fee), sauna by the sea (to be booked for small fee), football court, running tracks, several beaches and bathing areas with jettys or cliffs.
On Ornö/Kyrkviken there is a petrol station, guest harbour, kiosk, pizzeria, two smaller restaurants and small grocery store. Or you can shop in Dalarö, the ferry connects several times every day.
I prioritise longer period rent.

- Barbeque facilities
- Broadband – Fiber 500x500 can be added for an extra SEK 250 per week.
- Dogs are welcome – Cat lives in the house when I’m there.
- Mobile telephone coverage
- No smoking indoors
- Open fireplace – Please follow the fire safety and operating instructions when using the stove/fireplace. Bring your own firewood.
- Outdoor furniture – The seating area on the terrace normally has a table and chairs for four people. An additional table and four extra chairs are available at the back of the house. Two sun loungers with cushions are also provided.
- Outdoor place (terrace etc) – A barbecue grill is available. Please bring your own charcoal and fire starters.
- Separate bedrooms
- TV – A Samsung Smart TV is available. An internet connection is required to use it.
Kitchenware
- Cooking facilities – Traditional stove with four cast iron hotplates and oven. Coffee maker. Small refrigerator with separate freezer compartment. Small cool storage area under the house for drinks, etc. Only sealed food items can be stored there, otherwise the mice will get to them. No microwave.
- Freezer – Small separate freezer compartment above the refrigerator.
- Refrigerator – The refrigerator works well, but please make sure that food items do not touch the back wall, as they may become frozen and damaged. Also, please check that the temperature setting remains at around 3°C, so it is not accidentally changed if someone bumps into the control.
Bathroom facilities
- Outhouse toilet – It can happen that the vacuum sewage system in the area gets blocked; in that case, the outdoor toilet works perfectly as a backup!
- Sauna – Shared sauna approximately 800 metres away. It can be booked privately for a fee of SEK 60 per hour. Please use the booking stickers available in the house and Swish the fee to me. The shared community time slots cannot be booked — see the schedule on Mörbyfjärden’s website .
- Shower – The hot water heater provides enough hot water for approximately 2–3 showers in a row. After that, you will need to wait for the water to heat up again.
- WC – The toilet is connected to the area’s vacuum sewage system. The system is very sensitive, and it is extremely important that nothing other than toilet paper and bodily waste is flushed down the toilet. Please use toilet paper moderately and flush in between if needed. Feel free to dispose of “clean white paper” in the bin next to the toilet to help reduce strain on the system.
- Washing machine – Turn the water supply on before use and shut it off afterwards.

- Outdoor swimming facilities (beach) – Approximately 500 metres to the area’s two sandy beaches. Approximately 400 metres to Kolnäsviken, where you can swim from the rocks.
- Tennis – Two tennis courts are available. They are booked on the notice board by the courts by writing your name and paying the fee to the association via Swish (SEK 60/hour). There are a few decent tennis rackets in the house that you are welcome to borrow (please treat them with care). Tennis balls are also available. Look in bedroom 2.
