Highly situated cottage by the sea, peaceful location and panoramic view of the Ersta sea bay. Only 20 min to Stockholm and car road leading all the way up to the house. Living room with dining area, fire place and sofa corner with TV and sofa bed. Nice and bright with lovely sea view. Nice work kitchen. Large bedroom with double bed 140*200 cm and sofa bed 140*200 cm. Bathroom with shower cabinet, WC and washing machine.

Patio facing the sea with outdoor furniture and charcoal barbecue, catching the afternoon and evening sun. There’s a roofed patio with lounge furniture on the front side of the house. This patio catches the sun almost all day. Partly fenced-in woodland plot, with a steep slant towards the seaside.

Nice communal beach right below the house, with lawns and jetty with bathe ladder into the sea.

In the surrounding neighborhood there’s a large recreational outdoor area with hiking trails and exercise tracks. There’s also a lake to bathe in and a farm with a café open for visitors.
At Tyresö castle 1 km you can visit the garden, the craft shop, restaurant and café.

Close car distance to: regular ferry jetty with departures both to Stockholm and further out into the archipelago, golf course 18 holes, mini-golf, play land, swimming center with adventure section, swimming lanes and gym. Grocery store, restaurants et c. approx. 2 km. Large shopping center 9 km.

Distance to Stockholm approx. 23 km. Good local communications.
