Unique and charming cottage from the 19th century and a wonderful view of Ägnöfjärden. Private jetty with sun deck below the house. Torpet is rural and idyllic with meadows and oaks and a mountain with a breathtaking view of Ägnöfjärden.

The cottage is now undergoing a renovation in the spring of 2024, where electrical work (all wires are replaced) and a new heat pump has just been installed. Some repainting and refurnishing as well as updating the interior is taking place during the spring. Renovation and updating of furnishings is done based on a conservation mindset to protect the house's origins. You will be greeted by a unique old charm and exciting original details. The cottage has a spacious kitchen with a dining area. There are also a modern stove and fridge/freezer of course. Inside the kitchen is a spacious living room with a substantial fireplace, sofa and armchairs and another dining area. There is also a piano in the family room and the possibility to hire a piano teacher from the owner's family on request. A bedroom will be prepared downstairs with a wide single bed with spring mattress, and here there is also a bathroom with a shower cabin and wc. Access to washing machine on request.

On the cozy upper floor there are 2-3 smaller bedrooms and a mini-room with two reading armchairs.
A gable bedroom has a newer double bed with spring mattress 160x200 cm, and a smaller child's bed that fits a child about 3-5 years old. In the second gable bedroom there are 2 built-in single beds 80x200 cm with new spring mattresses. Between the two bedrooms there is a passage room with a built-in single bed with a thick foam mattress 90x190 cm and a child/junior bed 70x170 cm. Clothes storage is available in all bedrooms.
For those who like movies, there is a small movie room with over 300 movies, VHS and MP3 players.

Outside the croft there is outdoor furniture for meals and benches with a view of Ägnöfjärden. Below the mountain there is a bridge deck with furniture and a bathing ladder.

Fagerholm is a beautiful and rural part of Ingarö. There are lovely forest paths and nice winding dirt roads for nice walks and bike rides. At Ingarö and its surroundings there is a lot of fun to do and many exciting excursion destinations. (e.g. kayak rental, diving trail, hiking trails, golf course 18+18 holes, mini golf, etc. There is also a large cultural selection with exhibitions, museums, auctions, flea markets, and nice restaurants by the sea. Close distance by car to Gustavsberg with a nice harbor area that offers pleasant restaurants, cafes, porcelain museum, porcelain outlet and glass, nice boutiques and much more. In Gustavsbergbadet is a nice place for swimming with adventure pool, relax, gym and a large fun adventure playground next to the bath house.
Don't miss the fine art museum Artipelag between Ingarö and Gustavsberg.
