This is a traditional archipelago cottage located on the privately owned peninsula of Borsö, just outside the town of Trosa in the beautiful Sörmland archipelago. The house is well known in the area and has even been featured in artwork by Swedish painter Reinhold Ljunggren.

Built in the 1910s and approximately 100 sqm in size, the cottage has been carefully renovated into a stylish and comfortable home. It includes two bedrooms, a living room with sofa bed, kitchen with dining area, a spacious entrance hall, and a fully tiled bathroom with toilet. The house is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and more.

Located only 50 meters from the sea, the house offers stunning sea views from almost every window, as well as from the sunny terrace.

Rental includes a private boat mooring at a shared jetty, next to a beautiful old boathouse with a traditional reed roof. A separate bathing jetty with sauna is also available, shared with two other houses on the peninsula.

A newly built gravel road leads directly to the house. It’s just a 10-minute drive to Trosa, a charming town with shops, cafés, and a lively summer atmosphere. Stockholm Central Station is about 60 minutes away by car or train.
