Lillstugan Bullandö. Peaceful location, near beach

Small and cute cottage in a wounderful and peaceful location with walking distance to a sandy beach and Bullandö marina with popular restaurant by the water, café, gelateria and a well-stocked country store. Large leafy plot, with a play-friendly lawn in front of the cottage and an adorable furnished Moominhus (playhouse).

The cabin is small but well-planned. In the first room there are wardrobes and a bedsofa.(The TV doesent work right now, but the owner try to fix it). The sofa can be made into a smaller double bed. Adjacent to this room, there is a sleeping alcove with a double bed 140x200 cm. A fixed ladder leads from the room with the bed sofa up to a small, cozy sleeping loft. The ladder can also be attached to the loft so it cannot slide. The loft has two thick foam rubber mattresses. At an angle to this room is the kitchen with a dining area for 4. Beside the kitchen is a bathroom with a shower cubicle and water toilet.

Lillstugan is located on a large plot with a natural and private sphere with lovely grassy areas and lush shrubbery that turns into horse paddocks, and untouched nature where moose, deer, fox and deer often come to visit.

Around the cottage area there is a lot of nature and the lovely forest with paths and winding small roads is well suited for cycling, running and walking.
Close walking distance to several nice bathing spots, both sandy beach with jetty and jumping tower, and cliffs.
On Bullandö there is one of Northern Europe's largest marinas with, among other things, a well-stocked country store, a few boutiques and an ice cream bar/café (with superb homemade gelato) as well as a nice tavern directly on the pier promenade. There is also kayak rental and a paddle court. Stroll along the pier promenades among hundreds of sails and motorboats and experience the summery and intense boating life!
In the guest harbor there is a sauna open to the public, where space can be booked.

Parking is available at the cottage for guests with cars. It is also easy to get to and from Stockholm by bus. You can also take the bus to larger grocery stores and shopping centers.

Distance Stockholm approx. 44 km, (by car approx. 45 minutes).
The bus to central Stockholm takes about 50-60 minutes.

Mandatory departure cleaning SEK 600.
