Situated between Åre and Tegefjäll in a peaceful setting on a cul-de-sac, the lodge is close to both ski slopes and nature. It is fully equipped with every amenity, all featuring an exclusive touch. The house spans 180 m² and comprises six rooms and a kitchen, including five bedrooms with a total of ten beds. Additionally, there is a guest house on the property with three beds. The lodge boasts a high-end, well-equipped kitchen and a spacious dining table perfect for enjoying meals together.


On the ground floor, there is a master bedroom featuring a toilet, shower, and bathtub. In the spacious living area - boasting an impressive six-metre ceiling height - you can socialize and relax in the seating areas in front of the magnificent open fireplace. Large windows offer beautiful views and provide access to a spacious wooden deck equipped with a Jacuzzi. The upper floor houses four bedrooms and a bathroom with a toilet, shower, and sauna. On the large south-facing deck, there is a spacious outdoor Jacuzzi/hot tub seating seven persons - perfect for unwinding after a day in the mountains.
