Location
The cottage is beautifully situated, only about 100 meters from the lake, in a quiet and nature-rich area between the villages of Värmskog and Klässbol, approximately 10 km from each. At the same time, the towns of Arvika and Grums are both around 30 km away.

Värmskog is a well-known excursion destination, mainly famous for its summer café, where you can enjoy what is often described as Sweden’s best shrimp sandwiches.

Klässbol is also a popular destination and is most famous for its historic linen weaving mill, which supplies both the Swedish Royal Family and the Nobel Banquet. The mill is open to the public and also has a shop. In Klässbol, there is also a charming café that serves light meals, as well as a pizzeria.

The small village of Borgvik is about 20 km from the cottage and offers attractions such as the well-known Sliperiet and a café.

Karlstad, the county capital with around 100,000 inhabitants, is approximately 60 km away and offers a wide range of shops and services, including IKEA, Biltema, and Elgiganten.

The cottage is completely secluded, with no nearby neighbors, guaranteeing a peaceful and undisturbed stay.

Accommodation
The cottage offers a total of six beds and has been recently renovated. It includes six rooms and a kitchen, of which two are bedrooms. Hot water is available for both the shower and the kitchen.
Heating is provided by electric heaters, a wood-burning stove, and an air-source heat pump. Firewood is included in the rental price.

Ground Floor
Cozy bedroom with a double bed.

Kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, stove, microwave, wood stove, coffee maker, and kettle. All necessary kitchenware is included, such as dishes, glasses, and cutlery.

Bathroom
Modern bathroom with shower, toilet, and washing machine.

Living Room
Comfortable living room furnished with sofa, coffee table, wood-burning stove, stereo, firewood storage, and a classic older sofa.
Flat-screen TV with HDMI input and Chromecast, access to standard TV channels.
Dining area for six people with magnificent lake views through large windows. Direct access from the living room to the terrace and outdoor area.

Terrace and Garden
Terrace with outdoor furniture and sunshade.
Charcoal grill is available. Charcoal and lighter fluid must be provided by guests.
