Private fishing waters with fish. The cottage is situated on a cape, where the landlord building is located on the same ground plot. Newly built shower room with WC, wash basin, towel dryer etc. New double bed and two beds in brand new sofa bed (110cm)in the living room, two spare beds.
Functional kitchen with fridge/freezer, owen, micro etc together with a nice dining area.
All renovated in 2017.
Small swimming spot with a beach and access to jetty/raft. Evening sunshine with fantastic sunsets.
Sauna available to rent as well as a boat, inflatable boat, canoe, bikes, fatbike.
At Muskö there is a country store, lakeside restaurant and just 50 minutes by car to Stockholm city centre and just 30 minutes to Nynäshamn.
Muskö is a beautiful island with nice excursion goals. Enjoy the special nature with lovely beaches, forest and the sea. Muskö is connected to the main land by a 3km long tunnel (height 3.9 metres, no bicycles), All of Muskö used to be a military area, only parts are currently operating.

Directions:
Road 73 towards Nynäshamn. Follow sign post towards Muskö. After Muskö tunnel take left and drive circa 5 minutes take left at Ludwigsbergs Herrgård. Continue for about 7 minutes, keep right after swimming spot on your right hand side, pass helipad and you have our estate ( Havsbadsvägen 38) right hand side, stop unpack and park 15m before maingate at the P-place East of cottage (three-phase charging station for electric cars available)
