Private beachfront house 6+2 (and option 2+2) beds

Welcome to a nice newly renovated house right by the water! Modern accommodation with 6+2 beds (and if needed, an apartment with 2+2 beds) situated in Hörby, Lund, Skåne County, Sweden.

The house
3 bedrooms on ground floor. 2 bedrooms with doublebeds, 1 bedroom with continental 160 cm bed + if needed 2 extra mattressbeds on floor in the living room, 1 full bath with shower, washing machine and dryer, 1 half-bath. Well equipped kitchen, dining table with six chairs. Large living area with a sofa and armchairs, and 55" OLED-TV.
In the private garden: Outdoor furniture, 2 sunbeds, lounge sofa, BBQ, own jetty with bathing ladder, 2 lounge chairs and a small table.
Rental period minimum 3 nights. Maximum 6 adult (+13) and maximum of 2 extra children (-13 years old) on provided mattress and/or baby cot.


The property has direct access to a big lake for bath, swimming and fishing! Many golf courses (The closest is Elisefarm Golf Club 4,5 km), nice hikes and plenty of interesting places to see nearby. Drive to Malmö approximately 25 min, shopping mall Emporia and Ikea 30 min, Copenhagen easy access by bridge 50 min. There is also a busstop 10 min by bike from the house which will take you to Lund or Malmö in 30-35 minutes. Summertime there is a restaurant, a small shop, a play ground, and a big sandy beach 800 meters away.

The apartment
If needed, more beds an extra apartment next door can be hired separately. The apartment consists of one bedroom with 180x200 cm beds, 2 more beds on a 140 cm sofa-bed in the living room. New kitchen and modern bath! Wonderful view from a large balcony with outdoor furniture and BBQ. The apartment is up a flight of stairs with no lift. Lounge furnture facing south with lake view. From the patio below the stairs it´s about 25 meters to the lake and another patio directly by the lake.

Practicalities
* Offer: 5% discount if you rent the house and the apartment same period. (5% both on house and apartment)
* Please bring your own linen and towels. If you want to rent this, please contact us for more information.
* Cleaning not included. Can be bought separately from a cleaning firm if you dont want to clean by yourself.
* Smoking indoors is not allowed.
* Rental period minimum 3 nights.
* Please contact us if you want to bring your pets to the house! Maximum 2 pets, Price 50 EUR/pet and stay. (Please note that no pets are allowed in the apartment.)
* At reservation, a deposit of 380 EUR is paid to a Swedish bank account. This will be returned to you after we have checked thats everything is in order included cleaning.
* Any guest will be charged 300 EUR for a lost key.
* 200 KWH electricity are included per week in the house. Extra 0,3 EUR/ KWH
* 120 KWH electricity are included per week in the apartment. Extra 0,3 EUR/ KWH
For rent. Boat, Canoe and Bikes. There is a new lightweight rowingboat and a canoe for rent. Life jackets are included.

Who are we?
Our names are Kjell and Eva, and we have more than 15 years of experience renting out houses. We want you to feel welcome with us! The summer of 2022 was the first year of renting out this particular house. Our reviews from 2018-2019 are for a previous house we used to rent out.
