With the best location only 200 mts to the sea at Sweden's longest sandy beach is this nice winter holiday home. Perfect for a relaxing stay with family and friends 2-7 people. There are 7 beds in 4 rooms and a kitchen on 2 floors. The home is 72 m².


Lower level: Bright and fresh kitchen and living room in open plan. The living room has a dining table with 6 seats, sofa and TV. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and small freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, built-in microwave with grill function and coffee maker. Exit from the living room to a terrace with a grill and outdoor furniture.

1 bedroom (behind curtains) with double bed. Nice fully tiled bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine and underfloor heating.

External staircase to upper floor: Small lounge with a mini fridge with freezer compartment and bar stools. 1 bedroom with double bed. 1 bedroom with 3 beds in a bunk bed with a slightly wider bed at the bottom and a single bed at the top. This room has an armchair, its own TV and balcony. Also, on the upper floor there is a nice fully tiled bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating.

The house is designed by Sandellsandberg Arkitekter AB and was built in 2010.

The holiday homes are located next to the historic restaurant "Strandhotellet" which has, among other things, garden golf and shuffleboard for rent. Close to everything; restaurant, McDonalds and Maxi shopping centre.

It is a 5-minute drive to the centre of Laholm. The E6 makes it easy to get here and out of Sweden, in a quarter of an hour you are in Båstad and Halmstad. Close to Europe with only about 1,5 hours to Denmark.


Duvet and pillow provided. Bed linen and towels are not included but can be rented.

No smoking. No pets.

Price: SEK 10,800 per week.

Tenant cleans. Final cleaning can be ordered.

Swap day is Sunday.


Road directions:
From the E6 take exit 41 Laholm, drive towards Mellbystrand and straight through the roundabout towards Kustvägen.

At the T-junction turn right onto Kustvägen. After about 1km you will see the Strandhotellet on the right. The holiday homes are located next to them. It is best to park opposite Strandhotellet (Free parking)
