Two large bathrooms with shower/WC and bathtub. Access to the washing machine and dryer. Large glazed conservatory with the possibility of opening onto the veranda. Sunny patio with outdoor furniture, parasol and barbecue. Parking on the property and possibility of borrowing bicycles with child seats.

Cycling distance to Mölnvik shopping centre with large grocery store, pharmacy, off license shop, clothing store, etc. Very good bus connections to Stockholm, about 20 min trip. Close to several golf courses, Siggesta Gård has animals, shops, restaurants and off-road track for big and small. 5km to Gustavsberg center with porcelain factory, museum, restaurant, cafes and harbour, as well as a health centre. About 20 min by bus/car to Stavsnäs from where the Vaxholmsbåten takes you further out into the archipelago.


Road description:
E4 south from Stockholm, take road 222 (Skärgårdsvägen) towards Gustavsberg, in Grisslinge roundabout turn back towards the centre and take second exit to the right onto Älgstigen. Drive straight on Älgstigen and take left to Västerleden. Second house on your left hand side. Parking on the plot.
