Lakeside cottage

Situated by Lake Båven, this well-equipped, lakeside cottage (75 mts from the water) berths 4+1 (two upstairs bedrooms with two beds each, plus a "cabinet bed" in the living room). The staircase to the upper floor is somewhat narrower and steeper than standard (a handrail is provided). The kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc. The bathroom features a washbasin, shower, and toilet. A TV with basic channels is included, as are pillows and duvets. Wi-Fi is available. Private swimming area and jetty. Rowboat and fishing included. Patio, outdoor furniture, and barbecue also provided. Secluded, peaceful, and beautiful location. No neighbours. The cottage is surrounded by meadows and forest. 12km to Flen (car required). Available for weekly rental from June to September. Shorter stays (minimum 2 nights) are possible subject to availability.

120km to Stockholm. Kolmården Wildlife Park and Eskilstuna Zoo are approximately 75km away. There are many other excursion destinations in the surrounding area of beautiful Södermanland.
