Charming summer house in the old farming village of Byholma. The house is located in a sheltered and undisturbed location within walking distance of the centre of Grisslehamn with, among other things, an ICA grocery store, fishmonger, baker's shop, vegetable stand, ATG kiosk, restaurants, pubs, mini golf, Albert Engström and the well-visited Engström Museum.
The sea is always present with lovely bathing cliffs and a child-friendly sandy beach as well as beautiful walking paths. For those who want to take a day trip, the Eckerö Linjen departs three times daily. The hotel Havsbaden, which after extensive renovation and expansion, now offers everything you could wish for in the form of a spa and restaurants for adults and children.
Despite the house's central location, it is protected from view with a large plot and cozy terrace. The house is large and consists of three bedrooms upstairs. Downstairs there is a dining area, kitchen, living room, TV and open fireplace and toilet (separation toilet). The kitchen is well equipped with an electric cooker, fridge and freezer and running hot and cold water. Directly adjacent to the house is a roofed shower with hot and cold water as well as a summer sink and washing machine.

Huset var mysigt. Stort och rymligt. Allt man behövde fanns. Perfekt för oss med hund. Passade perfekt för barnen också. Barnen hittade massa roliga spel i stugen. Gillade närheten till allt. Men ändå så avskilt med lugn miljö omkring sig. Ägarna, som hyrde ut, var super trevliga och väldigt tillmötesgående. Denna stuga kan vi tänka oss hyra igen.

Vi hade en fantastisk vecka i vita huset i Byholma! Hela familjen älskade den charmiga inredningen med många rum, eldning i kamin och lummig stor trädgård. Barnet uppskattade upptäcksfärd i alla skrymslen både ute och inne. Vi vuxna uppskattade alla viloplatser, superskön kökssoffa och säng. Ett genomtänkt boende där all utrustning finns, plus trygghet och avskildhet kombinerat med närhet till Grisslehamn.

Det är andra året som vi hyr det här genuina torp med lummig och privat trädgård utan insyn. Vi älskar enkelheten och lugnet som erbjuds, men även möjligheten att kunna promenera in till byn som ligger 10 minuter bort. Pricken över i:et är ägarna som är väldigt hjälpsamma och får en känna sig välkomna!

Jag och min familj har hyrt detta hus för tredje året i rad. Dels för att vi älskar denna plats där det jättefina huset ligger och dels för att vi är mycket nöjda med dem vi hyr av. Sen passar det oss som inte har bil då vi lätt kan ta bussen från Stockholm hela vägen fram. Samt att det är gångavstånd till både bad, mataffärer och annat som man kan göra. Allt ifrån bärplockning, vackra skogs och naturpromenader till att ta en fika inne i Grisslehamn eller ta båten till Åland över dagen. Eller vistas på klipporna hela dagen och bada i havet. Vi stortrivs. Och varmt tack till Sture och Cecilia för ännu en lyckad semester i finaste La Vina med underbar trädgård/ Anna med familj.
