Typical Swedish House near lake and village

Typical Swedish country house, no direct neighbours on a 5.000 qm plot with lots of space for playing, enjoying to sit outside, barbecue - different garden furniture, very quiet place
Anyway not far from the lake with swimming and boating
and to Öje Center with shopping, restaurant, post service, library
In the house there is place for up to 6people on 2 floors, 1 WC/shower bathroom on each floor
Downstairs 1 seperate sleeping room and upstairs 2 more sleeping accomodations (sofa) and 2 beds on the loft
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave.
There is also a wood stove in the kitchen and a modern fireplace upstairs

The house was partially renovated recently, however we tried not to disturb the traditional style.

There are two different boats that can be used without extra charges. We also can offer a house overlooking the sea and Öje Vinter Arena
