Very good skiing, directly from the cottage. 7 km from Åre. Possible skiing at the same skipass, 10 min bus away.

- Separate bedrooms – 2 sovrum, bäddbart i vardagsrummet. Ena sovrummet består av en 120-säng och en 80-säng. Det andra sovrummet består av en 130-säng med en 80-säng i våning samt en separat 90-säng.

- Cross-country skiing – Gångavstånd till mycket populära längdspår 2, 5, 7, 10, 15 km. Upp till 7 km upplyst spår.

- Downhill skiing (snowboard) – Mycket bra backar Duved och Tegefjäll. Samma liftkort gäller även hela Åre, 10 min med skidbuss

- Hiking trails – Vandringsleder direkt från stugan. Mycket trevliga och välmarkerade leder i Duved, Åre med omnejd. 40 min bilväg till Storulvån men stora möjligheter till omfattande fjällvandring

- Outdoor swimming facilities (beach) – Indalsälven i Duved by, 15 min promenad
- Riding – Ej i Duved, men i närområdet
- Snowmobile driving
