Summer paradise with privat sandy beach

House built in 2009 with own sandy beach at the southeastern part of the lake Visten, 30 km north of Karlstad, is available for weekly rent. The house is situated high above the water, just 20 m from the beach. You have a wonderful sight over the southern part of the lake below, which has clean and clear water. The rent also includes a canoe, a bicycle, and a rowing boat with outboard motor. Private car parking is available close to the house and there is a golf course ca 5 km away (Dömle), public beach 400 m away, and the nearest municipality (Deje) is 3 km away. In a small house down at the beach there is a sauna and a shower and included is also a 15 m2 large"Friggebod". In connection to this house there is a large wooden deck with a open-air kitchen, situated sheltered under a roof. In the living house there are two bedrooms in the first floor, one of them with double bed. In addition, there is an entrance hall, a bathroom, and a kitchen with an open solution together with the living room. There are stone floors with heat in the entrance and the bathroom and wooden floors in the rest of the house. In the bathroom there is a toilette, shower, sink and a washing machine. In the kitchen there is refrigerator and freezer, stove with hot plate, oven and micro oven. The water is taken from the lake and filtered for all use. For drinking quality the water is treated in an active carbon filter. The living room has a large soapstone stove. In the second floor there is a living room/TV room with a sleeping couch (double bed), and two bedrooms with single beds. There is a large veranda at the first floor and a balcony at the second floor, both with fantastic view over the water. The house has an air-heater system, which also can be used for air conditioning during warm days. Broadband and wifi-based internet is included. A small charcoal grill is available for the guests. Rental period is from Sunday to Sunday.
