Two cozy apartments by Skrea Strand - Falkenberg
Live just 250 meters from one of Sweden's finest summer beaches! We rent out two charming apartments in our villa at Odenvägen 6, in a quiet residential area on a dead-end street. The perfect base for both relaxation and adventure - within walking distance of outdoor cafés, activities, and Falkenberg's popular events such as Wings and Wheels and Allsång på Vallarna (community singalong).

Descriptions of the rental units are below. Please note that there are two apartments available but only one calendar in the listing, so "booked" will only show once both apartments are rented out.
Upper floor:
Bright and newly renovated apartment, renovated in June 2026. Space for 2-4 people. Bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed, kitchen with dining area for 4. Enjoy the sea view from the large balcony, which gets sun all day and is protected from bad weather. The balcony also has outdoor furniture, a reserved spot for grilling, storage boxes, drying racks, and decorative outdoor lighting.
Ground floor:
Spacious apartment (45 m²) with cool tile flooring, bedroom, hallway, and living room with dining area, plus a small but fully equipped kitchen. The shower is separate from the toilet, where the washing machine is also located. It's primarily the location and surroundings that make this apartment an attractive rental.
Outside awaits a private, screened-off patio (25 m²) with a sun deck and afternoon sun, as well as a sheltered garden with concrete pavers and flowers - perfect for a quiet evening.
Privacy and seclusion:
Both apartments have their own entrance, so you can stay completely private and undisturbed.
Prices:
During peak season (weeks 24-34), we rent only by the week (Saturday to Saturday) at a price of 7,000 SEK for the upper floor apartment and 8,000 SEK for the ground floor apartment (exceptions sometimes apply).
For the rest of the year, we rent the apartments for a minimum of two consecutive nights. Prices vary depending on the day of the week: Monday to Friday the price is 600 SEK per night (upper floor apartment) and 800 SEK per night (ground floor apartment), while from Friday to Sunday and on public holidays it is 800 SEK and 1,000 SEK per night respectively.
Payment is made upon arrival, in cash or via Swish - a receipt is always included.
General information:
We encourage recycling and help with sorting.
When booking, we ask for the name and phone number of the guests.
The price includes one parking space per apartment, bed linens and towels for the specified number of guests, a Smart TV with Swedish channels via Allente, and WiFi.
Rough/final cleaning is done by the guest.
A grill is available, but without accessories or charcoal/wood.
Additional services:
For an agreed fee, we offer rental of, among other things: bicycles, tennis and speed badminton equipment, paddle equipment, inflatable SUP and surfboards, inline skates, beach chairs, a beach cart, and an extra bed/crib (subject to availability).

Under högsäsong (vecka 24–34) hyr vi ut helst veckovis (lördag till lördag) till priset av 7000 SEK för övervåningen och 8000SEK för bottenvåningen. Resten av året kan vi hyra ut lägenheterna för minst två nätter i rad. Priserna varierar beroende på veckodag: från måndag till fredag är priset 600 SEK per natt (för övervåningen), samt 800SEK per natt (för bottenvåningen), medan det från fredag till söndag och under röda dagar är 800 SEK respektive 1200SEK per natt (beroende på lägenhet).
Vi tar emot betalningar i kontanter i svensk och utländsk valuta, samt elektroniska betalningar via Swish, som utförs vid ankomst. En kvittens erhålls i vilket fall.

Vi har bott här två gånger och varit lika nöjda båda gångerna! 🤗
Fantastiskt värdpar som är måna om sina gäster och att man ska ha det bra, även ett bra läge då det är gångavstånd både till stranden och deras lokala ICA.
Balkongen på övervåningen är jättemysig att äta både frukost och middag på, Speciellt när solen ligger på☀️

Bästa läget med gångavstånd till både strand och mataffär. Fantastiskt trevligt värdpar som vill att vistelsen ska bli så bra som möjligt. Boendet på markplan har en stor veranda under tak där man gärna sitter och umgås. Vi har hyrt flera gånger och kommer fortsätta många år till

Litet mysigt boende med gångavstånd till stranden. Litet enkelt kök med bra funktion. Stor och bra dubbelsäng. Altan utanför perfekt för frukost i solen.
