Welcome to rent my weekend home on Hölö / Stavsnäs, Värmdö, high up on a hill with expansive hillarious view of Nämndöfjärden from both the living room and patio. Sundeck further down on the lot and there you have a enormous view. Hölö is one of the outer islands with road connection before the outer archipelago begins. Accessible by car to the house. 2.5 km from the house to the ICA and bus stop. About 45 km from the city of Stockholm.

Dock and swimming area just 10 minutes on foot from the house.
Easy to get to Möja, Sandhamn or any other island with Waxholmsbolaget. Only 45 minutes east of Stockholm, also with excellent bus links.

The house is light and spacious (125 sq m), 4 bedrooms (3 double 180 cm, 160 cm, 140 cm and 1single bed 105 cm), large living room and kitchen in one room. All modern services available. A fire Place inthe living room. An extra living room is also available in the other part of the house.

The land is not so child-friendly.
