Big summer house by the beach with private jetty
Welcome to a cosy house with its own beach for a relaxing stay!
The newly rebuilt house is located near the lake Gissen in the Småland landscape between Storebro and Silverdalen in Vimmerby. The cabin offers both wood-fired sauna, swimming and fishing (perch, pike, roach and tench), only 50 meters from the house. Boat included in the rent and life jackets available to borrow. A small cost for fishing license is added. A sundeck is at shore, which together with the bridge invites you to barbecue and relax.
In front of the house is the porch with a great view of the lake and sunset, which is made for great barbecues and community. Barbecue equipment is included in the rent.
The house consists of kitchen, living room and WC (with watertoilet, shower and laundry). There are in total 15 beds. In the house there are two sleeping areas with three bedrooms in each and one room in the basement level with its own entrance. In the nearby shed with a loft and own terrace there is one room. In total seven bedrooms with two beds and one bedroom with one bed.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge / freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker / kettle and dining area. In the living roomroom there is a cozy fireplace, TV and sitting area.
Adjacent to the house is also an outhouse for those who want to enjoy the outdoors!
In front of the house there is a lawn for football, mini tennis, bowler, etc. For those who want to exercise are both running routes and paths around the corner. Tobo golf course at Fredensborg mansion is only 5 km away on the other side of the lake.
Proximity to the house is Astrid Lindgrens World and glasriket. You can also make day trips to Kalmar, Jönköping and Linköping.
It´s not permitted to smoke or have pets inside.
Rental cost is 17 000 SEK per week. Cost 1700 SEK for cleaning will be added.
We only rent for all weeks, from sunday to sunday. Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 12 pm.
