About the property
Floor 1: Entrance/hall, modern kitchen fully equipped for all types of cooking, stylish bathroom with shower enclosure and toilet.
(Washing machine + tumble dryer in a separate laundry room).

Floor 2: Spacious open-plan living area, sleeping area with a 180 cm bed plus two 90 cm single beds. Dining area with a table for four.
TV area featuring an armchair, a three-seater sofa, and a 55-inch Smart TV.

The living area opens onto a spacious veranda equipped with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, a parasol, and a gas grill (available in season).
There are two parking spaces next to the house.
Cats and dogs are welcome (though barking dogs are not permitted).

ABOUT THE AREA
The annex is one of three houses on the property; the owner lives in the adjacent villa. The houses are situated in Böckerskogen, offering sweeping views of the open Bjäre landscape in a rural, natural setting. Located right next to Båstad and Bjäre Golf Club! It is 3.9 km to central Båstad and 3 km to Västra Karup.
